Mission
Statement
The Finance
Department has the overall responsibility for the administration
of the City's fiscal affairs. This includes Accounting, Budget
Management, Information Technology, Treasury Management, Debt
Management, and Utility Billing and Services.
The department
issues all payments for the City and keeps an account of all
monies due, all receipts and disbursements, all City assets and
liabilities, and all appropriations made by the City Council.
The department coordinates the annual audit of the City's
financial affairs with the independent auditor and prepares the
Annual Financial Report. You may view the 2012
