Any citizen who sees a need to notify the City of a concern or an existing problem regarding a service can contact Cheryl Rhoden in the City Manager’s Office at 270-2400 ext. 31.

Ms. Rhoden will record the information to a service request tracking system supported by GovQA, and will follow through to ensure the situation is handled in a timely manner. Examples of citizen concerns are as follows, but are not limited to these types of issues:

  • code violation/enforcement

  • poor drainage

  • flooding

  • debris or road repair

  • malfunctioning streetlight
