Donations abound at the
Neptune Beach Senior Activity Center & Foundation!

Julie Anderson and Monday Night Yoga Class donated $3,000+ to the Neptune Beach Senior Activity Center & Foundation during the 2011 year. These donations assist the continuous programming of events, opportunities, physical environment-all aspects of life at the center. Everyone who enjoys the center is grateful and appreciative of the generosity shown by Julie and her class.

The Neptune Beach Senior Activity Center & Foundation was given a $1,500 donation from the Coastal Quilters at the quilters annual Christmas Holiday Party on December 1, 2011. This donation was given to ensure the continued programming and future success at the Center. This donation was made possible through the members of the Guild selling raffle tickets leading up to Quilt Fest 2011. This donation will benefit everyone who attends and participates at the Neptune Beach senior Activity Center and is greatly appreciated!

The Sassy Tappers made a $500.00 donation to the Neptune Beach Senior Activity Center & Foundation. This generous donation was made possible through the performances given in and around NE Florida and SE Georgia during the holiday season. Everyone who enjoys the Center is grateful and appreciative of these talented individuals who are the “Goodwill Ambassadors” for the Neptune Beach Senior Activity Center & Foundation.

Neptune Beach Senior Activity Center & Foundation partners with THE PLAYERS Championship to raise funds through the Birdies for Charity program.

The Neptune Beach Senior Activity Center & Foundation is pleased to be participating in the 2012 PLAYERS Championship Birdies for Charity program for the 4th straight year. This unique community-based fundraising initiative is held in conjunction with THE PLAYERS Championship at TPC Sawgrass, May 7-13, 2012.

Click this link and make your pledge/donation now AND to become eligible to win a fabulous grand prize! Upon making your donation, you will be asked to guess the total number of birdies that will be made during the competition rounds of the tournament. The individual who guesses the exact number of birdies made (or closet thereto) at the 2012 PLAYERS will win $5,000. In addition, the charity that the individual supports with their entry, will receive an additional $5,000 bonus. In the event of a tie, a tie-breaker question will be used to determine the winner. Deadline for all entries is Wednesday, May 9.

In 2011, 1,607 birdies were made during the four competition rounds. Funds generated through the Birdies for Charity program were part of the record $5.9 million generated by THE PLAYERS.
