The Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, August 30th. Polls open at 7:00 am and close at 7:00 pm. The Jacksonville City Council will canvass the returns and declare the official results at a meeting following the election. After the Primary, the names of the two candidates receiving the majority of votes will be placed on the ballot for the November 8th General Election. However, if one candidate receives more than 51% of the votes during the Primary Election, that candidate will be declared the winner and no General Election will be held for Neptune Beach.
I encourage all of our residents to vote at their designated precinct:
I also want to thank all of our candidates for their willingness to serve the City of Neptune Beach and wish them ALL the Best of Luck!
